SINCE THE BEGINNING & INTO THE FUTURE

  In the Fall of 2015, a then 19 year old Luis Rios Jr was allowed to create his first recreational indoor team under XL Soccerworld. The humble and hard working traits he exhibited at an incredibly young age made him a guaranteed fit for the culture Rios was looking to build.

  Fast forward nine years and Yazan has earned a National Indoor Silver Medal, four Mid-Atlantic Regional Medals (two gold), and multiple Championships at the local level.

  In 2020, at the age of 16, he signed for Central Raleigh FC U-23. In his first year at the Amateur level, Yazan was named in the Conference XI for both UPSL Division One and Eastern Carolina Conference League. He also averaged the most successful dribbles across the league (3.6 per match).

  Today Yazan's close dribbling has evolved to where the ball appears glued to his feet. Combining that with his rapid decision making, defenders often find themselves drifting to his position, leaving his teammates with space to exploit.

  Currently, Yazan Al Samara is also at UNC Wilmington.
